MEET INDRA Sen

Indra Sen is a Ridgefield native and proven leader who has delivered results. As a firefighter, he has pulled people from overturned cars and fought structure fires. As a small business owner, he grew two businesses to over 75 employees. As Deputy Chief Administrative Officer of Connecticut’s largest municipality, Indra helped secure state and federal funding to expand access to pre-K, reduce debt, and support economic initiatives.

Indra previously worked on a winning presidential campaign, co-founded a non-profit that was recognized by President Clinton, and led construction teams in post-Katrina Louisiana. He has advised CEOs and served as a management consultant to corporations, foundations, endowments, and non-profit organizations. Indra also has investment experience across real estate, public markets, fixed income, private investing, and credit markets.

Indra graduated from Ridgefield’s K–12 public schools, which helped him earn scholarships to, and degrees from, Georgetown University and Harvard University’s School of Government. He is married to his college sweetheart, and they have three children, two who already attend Ridgefield Public Schools.
